Wholesale Terms and Ordering Guide

Thank you for your interest in partnering with Cornell Candle Co. We're honored to work with retailers who appreciate thoughtfully crafted home fragrance and beautiful, lived-in spaces.

Wholesale Program

  • Wholesale pricing is 50% off the suggested retail price (MSRP).
  • All products are hand-poured to order in California.
  • Production lead time is typically 10–14 business days after payment is received.
  • Minimum order quantity: 4 units per fragrance or product.
  • Minimum order value: $100.
  • Complimentary local delivery is available for qualifying local retailers.
  • Shipping charges are calculated after your order is reviewed and will be included on your invoice before payment.

How to Place an Order

Ordering is simple and personal.

Step 1 — Browse the Wholesale Catalog

Review the current wholesale catalog for available collections, products, pricing, and minimum order quantities.

Step 2 — Email Your Order

Email your order to cornellcandleco@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Product name (which include fragrance and size)
  • Quantity (minumum 4)

Example:
• Lulu 6 oz. candle - 8
• Villa 10 oz. candle — 4
• Three Little Birds reed diffuser - 6

If you have questions or would like recommendations for your shop, we're always happy to help.

Step 3 — Receive Your Invoice

We'll review your order and send a secure Shopify invoice within one business day.

Your invoice will include:

  • Wholesale pricing
  • Shipping charges (if applicable)
  • Total amount due

Step 4 — Submit Payment

Payment is due before production begins.

Secure online payment can be made directly through your Shopify invoice.

Step 5 — Production & Shipping

Once payment is received, your order will be hand-poured and prepared for shipment.

Please allow 10–14 business days for production.

You'll receive tracking information when your order ships.

Shipping & Local Delivery

Orders are shipped from California.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and destination of your order and will be included on your invoice before payment.

Complimentary local delivery is available for select retailers.

Product Availability

Because every product is hand-poured in small batches, occasional inventory or fragrance availability may vary. If an item is temporarily unavailable, we'll contact you promptly with an estimated production timeline or suitable alternative.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your shipment upon arrival.

Any damage, shortages, or shipping errors must be reported within 5 business days of delivery so we can make it right.

Returns

Wholesale orders are final and are not eligible for return unless merchandise arrives damaged or incorrect.

Pricing Policy

Retailers agree to sell Cornell Candle Co. products at or near the suggested retail price (MSRP). Regular discounting or resale through unauthorized channels is discouraged in order to preserve the integrity of the brand.

Online Sales

Approved retailers may sell Cornell Candle Co. products in their brick-and-mortar store and on their own business website.

Sales through third-party marketplaces (including Amazon, Etsy, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, or similar platforms) are not permitted without prior written approval.

Product Photography

Retailers are welcome to use the product photography provided by Cornell Candle Co. You may also create your own photography featuring our products. Images and branding may not be altered in a misleading way.
